Replenishment Officer

The Replenishment Officer is responsible for ensuring proper maintenance of store inventory, in order to be aligned with targeted customer service levels, levels of forecast accuracy and safety stock levels for the allocated portfolio of SKUs.

Review previous transfers are updated and closed on the system

Update shelf capacities on Navision

Create all allocations received from the supply team

Create all allocations related to cross dock purchase orders by the supply team

Create Transfer Orders and Purchase Orders related to general merchandise and loyalty

Make sure that the daily inventory is done and updated

Follow up on availability with stores concerning the low, OOS and over stocks

Conduct spot checks on stores on a weekly basis to ensure availability on shelves and stock status in backdoors

Coordinate with the supply team on the stock availability in the Central warehouse versus stores needs

Ensure the daily replenishment are running to stores as per preset schedule

Coordinate with suppliers on allocations, stores issues and availability

Ensure that all cross-dock purchase orders are received by the Central warehouse

Create import replenishment orders as per preset schedule

Follow up on all import shipment arrivals and create related Transfer Orders on time

1 to 2 years of experience in related field

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field

Coordinate with the store receiving department whenever there is a discrepancy between the quantity received on the system and the quantity shown on the invoice
