Junior IS Support Agent

This is an Entry Level Position. Tasks and Duties:

Following up on emails, support requests on service desk and operating calls.

Handling ERP support requests on multiple levels.

Checking sales replication, schedulers (on all servers) on daily basis.

Creating new users on back-office ERP, managing permissions and roles.

Creating and modifying ERP system setup (back office and POS).

POS database installation and configuration of all setup.

Handling basic warehouse support requests.

Knowledge in API development and support is a plus.

Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC and LS Retail) and D365 Finance and Operations ERP is a plus
