Duty Manager

We’re Hiring | Duty Manager – Zahle We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our Store Operations team in Zahle. The Duty Manager will support the Store Manager and oversee daily store operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory, ordering, receiving, food safety, and team management. The role will also act as Store Manager in their absence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or FMCG. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
